Variety that gives many crops. Chicory endive is delicious with a poached egg. It is consumed as braised. To alleviate its bitterness, strain the heart when the plants reach 30 cm in diameter, tying the leaves 8 to 10 days before harvest.

Sowing advice:
1. Sowing: Sow in the ground from April to July in distant 30cm lines.
2. Thinning: At 3-4 leaf stage, pull the smallest and keep only the most vigorous plants to allow only a salad every 30 cm.
3. Harvest: Harvest from July to October.
